Shipping
Free shipping to all 50 US states. Delivery typically takes 8–12 weeks: our bikes ship directly from the manufacturer via ocean freight, then clear US customs before final delivery to your door. We'll provide tracking once your order ships. Bikes arrive in secure factory packaging and usually require under or around an hour of basic assembly (handlebars, front wheel, mirrors) — tools and instructions are included. Accessories may ship separately from your bike.
Returns
60-day returns on every bike. The bike must be in original, unmodified condition. Buyer pays return freight shipping. Once we receive and inspect the bike, we issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Warranty
2-year manufacturer warranty on all Sur-Ron bikes, covering motor, battery and drivetrain defects. Accessories carry a 1-year warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly through eBikeBeast — email us and we'll take care of it.
