Are these bikes street legal?
No. Our bikes are sold for off-road use only and are not street legal. Check your local laws and land-access rules before riding.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 8–12 weeks. Our bikes ship from China via ocean freight, then clear US customs before final delivery to your door. We'll provide tracking once your order ships.
Why does it take that long?
We ship genuine bikes direct from the factory rather than holding expensive local inventory — that's how we keep prices well below dealer markup. The trade-off is a longer wait, but you save thousands.
Do the bikes require assembly?
Yes. Bikes arrive in secure factory packaging and usually require under or around an hour of basic assembly (handlebars, front wheel, mirrors). Tools and instructions are included.
Are these genuine Sur-Ron bikes?
Yes, 100% genuine Sur-Ron. They are the China-market version, so they can’t be logged into the Sur-Ron app and Sur-Ron’s US dealers don’t service them under warranty; warranty support comes through eBikeBeast.
What about customs and import fees?
Most orders ship with duties prepaid. If any unforeseen government changes to import fees apply, we'll contact you before your order is delivered so there are no surprise charges on delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive tracking information once your order ships from the factory.
What's your return policy?
60-day returns. Bike must be in original condition. Buyer pays return freight. Full refund on receipt.
Is there a warranty?
Our bikes are the China-market version of each Sur-Ron model. They can't be logged into the Sur-Ron app, and Sur-Ron's US dealers don't service them under warranty. Warranty and after-sales support come through eBikeBeast, and we send you the written warranty terms with your quote, before you pay.
