Privacy Policy

Who we are
eBikeBeast ("we", "us", "our") is an electric off-road bike retailer based in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit ebikebeast.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. We also receive limited order and transaction information (such as the items purchased and order status) from our payment processor.
We do not collect or store your full payment card number, CVC, or bank details. Card payments are processed entirely by Stripe on Stripe's secure systems — we never see or store your card data.
How we use your information
We use your information only to run our store: to process and fulfil your order, arrange shipping and customs clearance, send order confirmations and shipping/tracking updates, respond to your questions, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to complete your order, and only as far as necessary:
• Stripe — payment processing (see Stripe's privacy policy).
• Brevo — sending your transactional order and shipping emails.
• Shipping, freight and customs partners — to deliver your bike and clear it through customs.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
Cookies & tracking
The eBikeBeast website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies and does not run third-party trackers. Only the strictly necessary technology required to serve the site is used. When you proceed to payment, Stripe's checkout pages may set their own cookies, which are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order, provide warranty and return support, and comply with tax, accounting and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to request a copy of your data. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion; we do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and payment processing handled entirely by Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.
Children
Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. The bikes we sell are powerful vehicles and must be purchased by an adult.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected here on this page.
